Nascentric Delivering Next-Gen Fast-Spice Simulation; AuSIM Outperforms Traditional Fast-SPICE Solutions

Nascentric, Inc. today announced it is delivering AuSIM to select customers worldwide. AuSIM, the next generation in fast-SPICE simulation technology introduced earlier this year, out performs the traditional fast-SPICE simulators by up to 10X. Individual customer announcements will be made early in 2006.

AuSIM is the first in a series of advanced simulation and analysis products being developed by Nascentric. Employing several patent-pending approaches, AuSIM accurately simulates at the transistor-level while rapidly verifying at the full-chip level. AuSIM's trailblazing approach to current-based, device modeling helps accurately reflect the actual current flow in CMOS circuitry, thus enhancing overall accuracy when simulating and analyzing nanometer designs.

AuSIM takes advantage of the topology of each circuit it analyzes to maximize runtime performance, accuracy, and capacity.

AuSIM's patent-pending technology intelligently manages, stores, manipulates, and retrieves billions of transactions related to the simulation of transistors and complex interconnect that comprise these design structures.
